initialai.xyz is a small website with one form: the InitialAI waitlist. This page explains what that means for your data.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store:

• your name and email address;
• the optional message, if you write one;
• your approximate country, as detected by Cloudflare from your connection;
• your browser's user-agent string (browser and operating system name).

If you never submit the form, we collect none of this. We do not set tracking cookies or run analytics or advertising scripts.

Why and where

We use waitlist entries only to tell you when InitialAI launches. They are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Deleting your entry

You can ask us to delete your entry at any time by replying to any email we send you. Submitting the form again with the same email address updates your existing entry rather than creating a new one.

Hosting and fonts

The site is served by Cloudflare, which may process standard request data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and reliability. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when a page loads.

Changes

When the InitialAI product launches it will have its own privacy policy covering accounts and uploaded content. We will update this page before that happens.
